Corporate Team Building Xmas Taskmaster
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Inspired by the Taskmaster format, this Christmas team building puts teams to the test with absurd challenges based on creativity, improvisation and plenty of patience.
Includes a host dressed as Santa Claus, support staff, mission cards and all materials for the Christmas challenges. Each team gets their own props (Christmas hats, Christmas jumpers or reindeer antlers), so it’s easy to see who’s winning and who’s just putting on a show.
HOW IT WORKS
Absurd challenges, serious points
Santa Claus welcomes the group, explains the rules and forms the teams. Each round, one or two members per team read the mission out loud and the challenge begins: getting all the toys in Santa’s sack moving, sending a Christmas bauble as far as possible in three blows, moving Christmas baubles from a plate to a bowl using chopsticks, or getting the reindeer to reach its destination in exactly 9.58 seconds (with bonus points for the most elegant walk). Some challenges are played simultaneously, others one at a time, and some give teams time to think about their strategy.
Staff keep track of the points and the team with the most wins the title of Christmas champion. Just as fun to play as it is to watch, before, during or after your company Christmas dinner or lunch, in Lisbon or Porto.
