How It Works

The chef welcomes the group, divides into teams and walks everyone through a traditional pastel de nata recipe. Teams work together on their best version — with time to socialise and a drink in hand. At the end, the chef judges and picks the winning batch. Spoiler: everyone wins on taste and fun.
