This is not about the spotlight, it’s about sharing. Each team moves through five game stations packed with challenges that spark creativity, communication and teamwork.

How It Works
An empathy circuit where the game is taken seriously
We start with a presentation of the organization. Then, after the briefing, teams are formed, maps in hand... and the game is on.
Each team begins with 200 fictitious “EUROS” and must bet before each challenge. Win? They triple the bet. Lose? They lose the amount.
There are five stations, each with challenges that push them out of their comfort zone and encourage creative thinking.
At the end, the team with the most “money” wins. But deep down… everyone wins.
